Today morning i had a bizarre experience with Google. I was checking position of http://www.notabledesign.com on Google for graphic design Montreal and result really left me astounded. With Firefox it was at #1 but with internet explorer it’s at #17.

I thought it might be happened because of cookies or session . I deleted all the stored cookies and everything in history but surprisingly i am getting again the same result.
I read same kind of question in some SEO forums and responders were saying that it might be because of different data centers of google but franking speaking, I don’t think so. I don’t know whether i am getting crazy or is there something wrong with browsers or search engine.
Aaahhhh! Need to dig into in
I appreciate your comments and answers

Yesterday, The mighty google announced the death of google wave (Although it has strong fanbase. Isn’t it astounding?). According to google, Wave was not doing as well as expected.
After this shock (atleast for me as i love wave) google also gave a lollipop saying that they gonna maintain wave till the end of year. Urs Hölzle, Senior Vice President of google operation said
““Remember, we celebrate our failures. This is a company where it’s absolutely okay to try something that’s very hard, have it not be successful, and take the learning from that” .
Well said google i really appreciate your dare and still feeling sorry for wave !

Google introduces a very easy to use and user friendly tool to allow user to see relevant search result to given query in more semantically relevant and graphically way. I personally believe Wonder wheel is very helpful and insightful for keyword research. It can be easily used as keyword research tool to get relevant and targeted keywords for search engine optimization.
How to use wonder wheel
Enter keyword and hit search button. On the sidebar of search result page, you will see Wonder Wheel

When you click on wonder wheel, a new wheel shaped circle of keywords, related to main keyword, will be appeared.

Clicking on the any of link, will gives you same circle of keywords, related to that keywords.

Search on google is both simple and hard at the same time, i.e. simple to get result but hard to get targeted and relevant results. Today we gonna share some tricks and tips to get better and target search results on google. Lets start with
“”
Putting double quotes around the keyword or keyword phrase is something like telling google to search for exact keyword or keyword phrase. Google provide one more operator to get the same result , it’s + (with no space)
Sometime we want to exclude something from our target search, Use minus sign to exclude the terms you want to . Minus sign should always be preceded with a space otherwise it will be considered as hyphen instead of minus
Ex.
[car -bmw] will search for the keyword car excluding bmw : MINUS
[anti-virus] will search for the keyword anti-virus : HYPHEN
* is consider as a wildcard and it is perhaps the most powerful search operator
Ex.
[car *] will result all the search which contain car keyword.
Site :
Whenever you want to search for a keyword within a specific website, use site operator
Ex.
[Car site: yahoo.com] will return all the pages related to car in yahoo.com
Google also provide OR operator, [car OR bus] will result all the search containing car or bus or both
Link : Result all the linked pages with specified site i.e. link:www.freesearchengineoptimizationtools.com will result all the pages linked to
www.freesearchengineoptimizationtools.com
filetype: Result all the search of specified filetype i.e.
cache: will return google’s cached version of site i.e. cache: www.freesearchengineoptimizationtools.com will return cached version of www.freesearchengineoptimizationtools.com
related: will return all the pages related to specified site
i.e related : www.google.com will return all the pages related to www.google.com
I believe these are the basic google search operator, which everyone should know.
In the next part we will discuss more advance and SEO oriented search operators.
Have a great time!
We greatly appreciate your feedback
