My website has banned on google because of some BlackHat SEO, Which was done unknowingly. Please let know me know what should i do to remove this ban ?

Remove all your blackhat content but i would suggest you to develop another website if your previous website don't have much SEO, I mean if it doesn't have much traffic, and strong web presence.

if your website does not have high page rank, significant number of backlinks, just scrap it and build another one. Otherwise you can remove all black hat elements to get it relisted
